DISA's 192nd Executive Committee (EC) meeting is held on 28th September 2024 at the DISA Head Office. All the distinguished members of EC, along with the heads of departments of DISA, attended and contributed to the meeting.
On 23 May 2024, DISA participated in the North South University ACM SC INNOVATION Challenge Session 14 organized by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NSU Plaza. It was a project-showcasing program for final-year students of the ECE department. Even DISA joined it as the title sponsor and set up a booth, where DISA activities were presented through banners, festoons, and various documentation. DISA Chief Executive Md. Shahid Ullah was present as a special guest in the prize distribution ceremony.

3rd Marketing Activity Meeting of Aloghar Publications was held on 04 November 2023 at DISA Head Office Conference room, Mirpur-11.5, Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Md. Shahid Ullah, Founder and Chief Executive of DISA; HR & Admin. Director Md. Farhad Hossain was the special guest. Senior officials of DISA and Aloghar Publications were present at the meeting.

34th Coordination meeting of DISA senior officials held on 25 July 2023 DISA Training Center conference room, Mirpur-12, Dhaka. DISA founder and Chief Executive Md. Shahid Ullah; Adviser Salima Naznin Bithi, DISA senior officials as well as its all social concern senior officials were present in the meeting. HR & Administration Director Md. Farhad Hossain presided over the meeting.
Banking, Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal (BFIN) one of the partners of Institute for Inclusive Finance and Development (INM) visited DISA Microfinance Dohar Branch on 15 May 2023. 14 representatives of BFIN visited the Water Credit Adoption (WCAD) program; The delegation visited the beneficiary of DISA and observed the tube wells and sanitation activities. The program was warmly welcomed and moderated by DISA's Muhammad Mazharul Islam, Coordinator (Planning and Development); Md Jahangir Alam Bhuiyan, Coordinator (Microfinance); Md. Ziaul Haque, Program Officer (Water Credit Adoption Project), Md. Delwar Jahan (Zonal Manager-4) and senior officials.
Md. Fasiullah, Executive Vice Chairman, Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) was the Chief Guest at the Bangabandhu Higher Education Scholarship Distribution Program and Inauguration Ceremony of Digital Marketing Training Course organized by Development Initiative for Social Development (DISA) on 9 April 2023 at DISA Training Center (DTC), Mirpur-12, Dhaka. The program was presided over by Md. Shahid Ullah, Founder & Chief Executive, DISA. During the program Mrs. Salima Naznin Bithi, Adviser DISA, Md. Farhad Hossain, Director (HR Admin), DISA were also present along with DISA, DTC, DIST and Aloghar senior officials and 22 scholarship receiver meritorious students and 26 participants of digital marketing training course. After the program honorable Executive Vice Chairman, Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) also visited DISA Social Concern Aloghar Knowledge and Information Centre at Pallabi Extension, Dhaka and also exchange views with Aloghar Readers. Then he visited DISA Pallabi Branch and interacted with some members and handed over loan cheque to the borrowers. He also discussed the proper utilization of loan with the members and thanked them.
DISA Area managers bimonthly coordination meeting is holding on 9-10 March 2023 at DISA Training Center conference room, Mirpur-12, Dhaka. DISA founder and Chief Executive Md. Shahid Ullah; HR & Administration Director Md. Farhad Hossain; Adviser Salima Naznin Bithi, all senior officials, 5 Zonal managers and 20 Area manager are present in the two day long meeting.
Certificate awarding ceremony of ‘DISA Microfinance Programme Members’ Offspring`s ‘360 Hrs. Skill Development Technical Training for employment’ held on DISA Training Centre (DTC) on 20 March 2023. 84 trainees from 8 trades received certificate from DISA social concern DISA Institute of Science & Technology. DIST started the two months 8 different short courses on 16 January 2023. DISA founder & Chief Executive Md. Shahid Ullah, Director (HR & Admin.) Md. Farhad Hossain, Adviser Salima Naznin Bithi, DIST Principal Md. Atiar Rahman, DISA, DIST, DTC senior officials and DIST trainees present the program.
DISA is observing 17 March- the birthday of the father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children day like every year. With the coordination with local Government, DISA head office, branch offices as well as its all social concerns are observing the day by wreathing flower to portrait of Bangabandhu, arranging rally, special dua & Monajat, discussion about his span of life, painting competition for children, banner display in front of all offices and distribute dry food among distressed and poor people.
DISA provides Aloghar Prakashana books and other publications 400 books , a Almirah social concern-Aloghar Prakashana to `Amrai Pari Mukto Scout Group` at Mirpur 14, Dhaka on 27 July 2022. Amrai Pari Mukto Scout Group editor Sharmin Casima Banu has received books from Aloghar Prakashana Manager Md. Rakibul Hassan.
Aloghar Prakashana is organized Mobile book fair at different educational institutes in Rajshahi and Chandpur districts on 26th July to 4th August 2022. First day fair arranged at Govt Promothnath girls high school, Rajshahi and Lady Daholovy girls high school, Chandpur.
